During the last two days of September 2022, the partners were able to assess the partnership and the progress of the project<\/strong>. The collection of good practices<\/strong> has continued: the partners are developing interactive ways to present the data collected, and are preparing the final resource in the form of a repository. They are also working on the creation of a methodology to accompany actors in the development of their third type place<\/strong>, at any phase of its life cycle. Coupled with the educational capsules called “Mini COOLs”, this methodology is intended to be adapted to the characterisation of the place and its dynamics. During this meeting, the partners were also able to take stock of the pilot actions underway<\/strong>: these actions consist of putting into practice both the good practice reference framework and the Places-3T methodology, in particular by highlighting the support approach. Finally, the lessons learned and the recommendations of the project were discussed.<\/p>\n

It was also an opportunity to discover the new third place that hosted this transnational meeting: “Le Manu Village<\/strong>” of the French National Agency for Adult Professional Training (AFPA) in V\u00e9nissieux. The partners were also able to meet<\/strong> Jer\u00f4me Sturla who presented the AFEV association<\/strong>: for 30 years, AFEV has aimed to help and mobilise students to take action in priority neighbourhoods in France.<\/p>\n

The Places-3T partners are still inviting all third type structures across Europe to take a moment to talk about their place, and to become part of a network of spaces for exchange, knowledge, practice and ideas. To do so, simply fill in the short form available on the project website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The results of the project will be presented in Belgium<\/strong>, during the conference<\/strong> “Third places at the service of a social and solidarity-based Europe” on Monday 22 November 2022 in Brussels<\/strong>, followed by a lunch.
