{"id":13074,"date":"2025-06-24T09:12:46","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T09:12:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pourlasolidarite.eu\/?post_type=project&#038;p=13074"},"modified":"2026-04-09T09:37:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T09:37:48","slug":"neetwork-equipping-integration-professionals-to-address-the-challenges-faced-by-neet-youth","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/pourlasolidarite.eu\/en\/project\/neetwork-equipping-integration-professionals-to-address-the-challenges-faced-by-neet-youth\/","title":{"rendered":"NEETwork &#8211; Equipping Integration Professionals to Address the Challenges Faced by NEET Youth"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Context<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>The project was developed in response to the following observations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The alarming situation of NEETs in Europe: <\/strong>This group\u2014representing <strong>14.2% of the EU population aged 15 to 29<\/strong> (Eurofound, 2022)\u2014is highly heterogeneous: unemployed youth, young people in transition, those with family responsibilities, or young people living with disabilities or illness\u2026 Given the worsening of their situation, implementing a project focused on <em>re\u2011engagement<\/em> appears essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mentoring as a tool for integration: <\/strong>Employment\u2011focused mentoring is a support relationship based on mutual learning. It addresses a key challenge faced by disengaged NEET youth: <em>their socio\u2011professional integration<\/em>. The mentoring relationship engages deeply personal identity dimensions and therefore contributes to the vocational maturity of everyone involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Re\u2011engagement as a tool for integration: <\/strong>Re\u2011engagement aims to set participants in motion again, helping them regain an active role in their professional and personal lives. The discovery activities span art, culture, the environment, and sport, providing a holistic approach to personal development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Create <strong>a community of stakeholders<\/strong> to reflect on <strong>methodologies<\/strong> related to the integration of NEET youth.<\/li>\n<li>develop a better understanding of the needs of both <strong>young people and professional<\/strong>s through interviews;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pass on <strong>good practices for re\u2011engaging<\/strong> a professional network among young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2><strong>Partners<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The NEETWORK project is funded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/programme-guide\/part-b\/key-action-2\/small-scale-partnerships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Union\u2019s Erasmus+<\/a> cross\u2011border cooperation programme. It is a simplified cooperation partnership between two countries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>France : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavarappe.fr\/le-groupe\/pole-associatif\/evoliopae\" target=\"_blank\"
