{"id":13076,"date":"2025-01-16T10:34:49","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T10:34:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pourlasolidarite.eu\/?post_type=project&#038;p=13076"},"modified":"2026-04-09T09:39:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T09:39:23","slug":"mentoryou-mentoring-towards-employment-in-the-brussels-capital-region","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/pourlasolidarite.eu\/en\/project\/mentoryou-mentoring-towards-employment-in-the-brussels-capital-region\/","title":{"rendered":"MentorYou \u2013 Mentoring Towards Employment in the Brussels-Capital Region"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/mentoryou.be\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MentorYou<\/a> is a personalized support programme for people looking for employment, training, or career orientation (<a href=\"https:\/\/mentoryou.be\/become-mentee\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mentees<\/a>), paired with voluntary professionals\u2014employees, freelancers, or business leaders (<a href=\"https:\/\/mentoryou.be\/become-mentor\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mentors<\/a>)\u2014who share their expertise and knowledge to support the mentees\u2019 professional integration.<\/div>\n<div>The mentor works with the mentee to draw up an action plan, which they then implement together. They meet at least twice a month at the mentor\u2019s workplace.<br \/>\nThis community of mentors also meets regularly to discuss their progress, challenges, questions and successes.<\/div>\n<h2>Two criteria are required to join MentorYou as a mentee:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A willingness to be mentored<\/li>\n<li>Availability for job\u2011seeking activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>MentorYou is one of the mentoring programmes initiated or supported by PLS.
