{"id":4227,"date":"2018-01-12T09:39:24","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T09:39:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hw54cbngfn.preview.infomaniak.website\/project\/involve-companies-cease-domestic-violence-cease\/"},"modified":"2018-01-12T09:39:24","modified_gmt":"2018-01-12T09:39:24","slug":"involve-companies-cease-domestic-violence-cease","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/pourlasolidarite.eu\/en\/project\/involve-companies-cease-domestic-violence-cease\/","title":{"rendered":"Involve companies to cease domestic violence: CEASE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Domestic violence<\/strong> impacts victims in their everyday life and can have severe consequences on their worklife such as a high level of stress and anxiety, burn-out, sickness, absenteeism&#8230;&nbsp;The CEASE project aims to support <strong>companies <\/strong>to fight domestic violence through becoming a welcoming and ressourceful environment for <strong>victims of violence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>The project steps<\/h2>\n<p>CEASE takes place from 2017 to 2019 and aims to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>create a&nbsp;European Companies Network involved to cease domestic violence<\/li>\n<li>build and animate a trainign module for companies&#8217; HR and managers<\/li>\n<li>sensitize on this subject and disseminate the project&#8217;s achievements at a large scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The consortium<\/h2>\n<p>Funded by the European Comission, CEASE is a project led by <strong>4 partners organization <\/strong>in <strong>3 member states <\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FACE &#8211;&nbsp;Fondation Agir Contre l&#8217;Exclusion, France<\/li>\n<li>POUR LA SOLIDARIT\u00c9, Belgium<\/li>\n<li>DIESIS, Belgium<\/li>\n<li>CSR Hellas, Greece<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>CEASE in a nutshell<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 European Companies Network<\/li>\n<li>1 Impact Map of organization working to end gender-based violence<\/li>\n<li>1 launching event in November 2018&nbsp;in Paris<\/li>\n<li>5 training session in each country, so approximately 300 professionals trained in 2019<\/li>\n<li>1 final conference in 2019 in Brussels&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-delta=\"1\" data-fid=\"8947\" data-media-element=\"1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pourlasolidarite.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/europeflagcmykcopie.jpg\" style=\"height: 27px; width: 40px;\" typeof=\"foaf:Image\"><i>&nbsp;This project is co-funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020) of the European Union<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2283,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_crsspst_to_hw54cbnnavpreviewinfomaniakwebsite":false,"_crsspst_to_hw54cbnnbbpreviewinfomaniakwebsite":false,"_crsspst_to_hw54cbnnbdpreviewinfomaniakwebsite":false},"internal_contacts":[],"countries":[],"thematics":[749,748,750,752],"type-de-projet":[826],"class_list":["post-4227","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","thematics-access-to-employment","thematics-csr-diversity","thematics-discrimination-en","thematics-gender","type-de-projet-european-project"],"acf":{"content_resume":"<p>Following the CARVE project which&nbsp;took place from 2014 to 2016, POUR LA SOLIDARIT\u00c9 continues its work against domestic violence.
