Involving 4 European partners as well as 5 vocational schools (VET centers)<\/strong>, SSPICE IT! aims to make HORECA training courses more relevant to current issues and more environmentally responsible<\/strong>. Teachers from the various schools involved in the project will be trained to test the training developed directly with students intending to work in the food and catering professions.<\/p>\n

What for?<\/h2>\n

This transnational project involves 4 “technical” partners<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

1)  A skills assessment and career guidance tool<\/strong> that will be used to assess the skills acquired through the training program, in a fun and innovative way through the use of games and simulated scenarios.
2)  A sustainable development training program<\/strong> to be co-designed and tested, with the aim of improving the skills of future HORECA workers.
3)  A Living Lab<\/strong> on green, digital and entrepreneurial skills in the food and catering sector.
4)  Dissemination<\/strong> of project results.<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong>  Citt\u00e0 Metropolitana Di Roma Capitale<\/a> (Italy). Public Institute of the City of Rome.
\u2022<\/strong>  Pour La Solidarit\u00e9<\/a> (Belgium). Independent European think & do tank committed to a Europe of solidarity and sustainability, working to defend and consolidate the European social model, a subtle balance between economic development and social justice.
\u2022<\/strong>  Institute of Entrepreneurship Development<\/a> (Greece). The iED is a research organization dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
\u2022<\/strong>  Work’s Quality<\/a> (Romania). Work’s Quality is a Romanian consulting company which provides training and technical assistance services to companies in various sectors, including food and catering.<\/p>\n
