MentorYou is a personalized support programme for people looking for employment, training, or career orientation (mentees), paired with voluntary professionals—employees, freelancers, or business leaders (mentors)—who share their expertise and knowledge to support the mentees’ professional integration.
The mentor works with the mentee to draw up an action plan, which they then implement together. They meet at least twice a month at the mentor’s workplace.
This community of mentors also meets regularly to discuss their progress, challenges, questions and successes.
