Founded in 2002, POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS is an independent European think & do tank committed to a Europe of solidarity and sustainability. POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS is mobilizing to defend and consolidate the European social model, a subtle balance between economic development and social justice.
The POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS team is multicultural and multidisciplinary, with solid skills in research, consultancy, European project coordination and event organization. It works in the public arena alongside companies, public authorities and civil society organizations, under the motto: Understand, Connect and Support in order to Act!
Understand
POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS conducts research and analysis to raise awareness of societal issues, offer new perspectives for reflection and make European policies more accessible. PLS publications can be freely viewed and downloaded from our website.

POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS participates in, designs and coordinates transnational projects in cooperation with all its European partners in the 27 member states. These transnational projects tackle issues ranging from the fight against violence against women, to support for Unaccompanied Foreign Minors (UFMs) and the development of a food waste reduction network! But they all share a common value: solidarity!

Training courses, support in setting up European projects, strategic advice, lobbying and networking, POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS puts its expertise, its network, its pedagogy and its team at the service of all socio-economic players: public authorities (supranational, European, national, regional, local), companies, trade unions, civil society associations and citizens committed to solidarity.

POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS takes a hands-on approach, setting up innovative social and professional integration schemes to meet the challenges of the job market, with one objective in mind: to bring together companies open to diversity, job seekers offering their talents and quality jobs.
