Diversity & CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is about companies taking into account the social, economic and environmental impact of the way they produce and operate.

As part of our corporate policy, diversity is a tool for equal treatment and the integration of everyone into the job market.

The think & do tank POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ – PLS, which observes and disseminates best practices in CSR and diversity at European level, has introduced the concept of skills-based sponsorship to the Brussels Region and supports private and public players in implementing innovative practices.
