Between January 2010 and June 2011, Spain, Belgium and Hungary will successively head the Presidency of the EU Council. PLS, Europa Haz (Hungary) and Fundación ONCE (Spain) have analyzed the involvement of civil society organizations in identifying and implementing the program of the Spanish-Belgian-Hungarian Presidential trio.

This Guide stems from the “Network of Associations for Promoting Active European Citizenship in the context of Participatory Democracy”, otherwise known as the REACTION project.
