HOW TO MAXIMISE THE SOCIAL BENEFITS OF CLIMATE ACTION A CAMPAIGN OF THE EUROPEAN ALLIANCE FOR A JUST TRANSITION

The European Alliance for a Just Transition, is launching, this Tuesday 15 November 2022, a campaign to highlight the importance of social benefits on climate action. POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ – PLS is joining the campaign that is starting a day before the first European Employment and Social Rights Forum taking place on 16 and 17 November 2022 in Brussels, where European Commission representatives, Ministers and academics, together with policymakers and stakeholder will discuss the current societal challenges and opportunities of the green transition.

NWoW4Net-Zero – or how to achieve Net Zero in HR

The NWoW4Net-Zero project aims to position HRDs as key players in contributing to the EU’s ambition of carbon neutrality by 2050.  NwoW4Net-Zero aims to give them concrete levers for action to drive the transition in their areas of intervention, and to take advantage of the new ways of working (New Ways of Working or NWoW), workplaces and organizations resulting from the increased use of digital solutions. The aim of the project is to develop a series of action toolkits, a training pathway and a knowledge-sharing platform.  This 24-month Erasmus+-supported project brings together 5 partners, including POUR LA SOLIDARITE-PLS.

On 9 and 10 June 2022 in Paris, the meeting of the SURE project partners enabled important progress made in the design of the self-assessment tool for the social responsibility practices of individual entrepreneurs… and also to launch the project website!

Develop happy places of the third type and make them sustainable

POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS and its partners in the Place-3T project met from 24 to 26 January 2022 at the premises of LaVallée (Brussels) for a fruitful meeting, both in terms of inspiring discoveries of places in Brussels that allow social, cultural and entrepreneurial innovation, and in terms of more in-depth work on the results of the project!
